3. Optional – Email me to discuss your question.
If you have any questions about the process or would like to discuss the scope,
time-frame or price of your question, please feel free to email me in advance.
If you need rush (same-day) service, you must email me in advance to confirm my
availability and to ensure that I see your question.
4. Go to Google Answers and follow the steps to post your question.
If this is your first question you will be asked to select a User Name and
submit billing information.
Be sure to elect to let Google Answers notify you when there has been activity
on your question. This way you will be alerted if I need any clarification from
you.
5. I will post a Request for Clarification to let you know that I have seen your
question and then I will begin to work on it.
NOTE: Google Answers does not have a way to identify and automatically alert
me to questions directed to me.
I do watch the Researcher's Questions Needing an Answer list, but there is a chance that I
could miss your question. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours of posting
your question, I probably haven't seen it.
If you have a deadline or are concerned that I have or will miss your question,
you may email me. Or if you prefer, after you post your question, email the
Editors with a link to your question, and have them alert me.
6. I may have follow-up questions that I will post as Requests for Clarification. The sooner you respond to my requests, the quicker your
question will be answered.
