Who is Knowledge_Seeker-ga?

First of all, I am a real person. Though my screen-name is made up, my persona is real. I am--and always have been-- a knowledge seeker.

I also am, and always have been a teacher. Not in the classroom, but in life. Forever I have collected and disseminated information.

In May of 2002, I  was one of the "first wave" of Google Answers Researchers accepted. I answered my first question in June and wrapped up about 250 questions during my first year.

I have a strong background in biological and behavioral sciences. My education is in Zoology and Ethology with minor studies in Psychology and English. My work history includes veterinary medicine, science education, business startups, and self-employment in graphic design, marketing, and freelance writing.

As a non-fiction writer across many fields, I am adept at finding primary source information and at discerning what the accepted knowledge on a subject is versus what is considered fringe or untested.

My writing skills also give me the ability to present scientific or technical information in a way that the everyday reader can understand.

All of my training, skills, and interests put me in a position of being a first-rate Google Answers researcher.
